How to withdraw cryptocurrency?

Before performing any cryptocurrency withdrawal, do the following:

• enable two-factor authentication. For more information on how to enable two-factor authentication, see How to enable or disable two-factor authentication?

• make ensure that the target cryptowallet address is specified in your allowed addresses list. For more information on how to add a crypto wallet address to your whitelist, see Whitelist

To withdraw cryptocurrency:

1. In the left pane of the main window, click Balances.

2. In the currency list, find the currency you want to withdraw and click the corresponding Withdraw icon to open the Withdraw page.

   

   The Withdraw page contains the following boxes:

   

3. Make sure the correct currency is selected in the Select cryptocurrency box. Select the required cryptocurrency, if needed.

4. In the Address box, select the target crypto wallet address to withdraw money to.

5. In the Amount box, specify the required amount in the selected cryptocurrency.

   Double check the selected currency, blockchain and the wallet!!

   Make sure that the selected currency and blockchain EXACTLY match the currency and blockchain of target wallet! Otherwise you risk to loose your money!

6. Click Confirm to start the withdraw operation.

After successful withdrawal success, a page with the transaction details is opened.
