Registration
First of all you have to select the user type: merchant or referrer. The registration process and the ability to use the platform depend on this.
The following will describe the registration process with the merchant type. A description of registration with the referrer type is presented in the Referral program section.
Next you need to set your email and password.
The password must contain uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. The password must be at least 8 characters long.
After entering the data, you will receive an email with a one-time code to confirm your email.
If you have not received the email or your password has expired, you can request a new one.
After confirming your email, you'll be suggested to fill in your contact information.
After that we will receive a notification about the new user and take time to verify the account. While your account is awaiting confirmation, you can use the sandbox to try the system in the test environment.
Upon completion of the verification, the account status may change to confirmed, unconfirmed or blocked.
After changing your account status, you will receive notifications by email.
