How to register with the Cryptix platform?

Before using the Cryptix platform, you need to select your user type: merchant or referrer. The registration process and the functionality available for you in Cryptix will depend on your user type.

The rest of this section describes the registration process with the merchant type. For the registration with the referrer type, see Referral program.

To register with the Cryptix platform as merchant:

1. Open the registration page.

   

2. Select Merchant in the User Type box.

3. Enter your email and password to use with the Cryptix platform in the Email and Password boxes.

   The password must be at least 8 characters long and contain uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

4. Select the I agree with Privace Policy & Terms on service checkbox.

5. Click Next Step.

   

6. Enter your name and your company name in the Your name and Company Name boxes respectively.

7. Enter your corporate site URL in the Corporate Website box.

8. Enter your phone in the Contact details box.

9. Click Sign Up.

10. Check you email for the one-time code to confirm your email and enter the code in the Complete Registration screen to complete the registration.

    

11. If you did not receive the email or your code expired, try to request a new confirmation code.

    

Once you complete your sign up procedure, you will need to wait some time for your account to be verified. While your account is awaiting verification, take your time and give Cryptix the trial run in the test environment.

Once the verification procedure is complete, your account is assigned one of the following statuses: confirmed, unconfirmed or blocked.

If your account status changes at any time later, you will receive the corresponding notification by email.
