How to view my current balances?
The Balances tab lists all the balances in all the currencies available for you.
You can switch between three tabs to choose the currency type group:
- All currencies—all the available currencies
- Cryptocurrencies—only cryptocurrencies
- Fiat currencies—only fiat currencies
Each line shows available balance in specific currency and offers the following options available for the currency balance:
- Top Up—replenish the balance
- Convert—convert all or part of this currency balance to a different currency
- Withdraw—withdraw cash from the account
The right pane shows the total amount of all available merchant's funds in USD and contains the following figures:

Total value—the amount available for you. This does not include the cash on the way out of the account and the cash to be credited to the account.

Pending balance—the cash that is expected to settle in or out of the account plus the cash that already has been settled. Pending balance usually ios calculated asthe total available balance plus pending cash on the way in or minus pending funds that are on the way out.
Fiat currency operations are possible only after you complete the KYB procedure and achieve KYB level 2.
