KYB

When the new merchant is registered initially 1st KYB level is applied. It implies following limitations:

• Amount of any cryptocurrency that merchant is able to operate is in equivalent of $10 000.
• Amount of any fiat currency that merchant is able to operate is in equivalent of $0. So merchant is not able to work with any fiat currency.

To improve KYB level and increase limits merchant is able to go through KYB process. After clicking any of the Go through KYB button page with instructions will be opened.

To pass through KYB merchant should follow the steps:

1. Download and fill in questionnaire form. As much information will be provided as faster the process will be.
2. Prepare supportive documentation according to the list.
3. Send all the sufficient documents and questionnaire form in one email to onboarding@cryptix.io.

Our colleagues will consider the application as soon as possible, and merchant will get the update about KYB level.
